Local Contracting, Built Around Direct Communication
Homefixct LLC is a general contracting and restoration company based in New Fairfield, Connecticut, serving residential and commercial properties since 2023. Owner Jose Antonio Maldonado leads every project personally — from roofing and remodeling to water and storm damage response.
Craftsmanship
Work that holds up isn't rushed. Every trade we handle — from framing to finish painting — is done with the same standard, whether it's a full remodel or a single repair.
Communication
You should know what's happening with your property at every stage. Estimates are explained in plain terms, and updates don't stop once the contract is signed.
Accountability
Being licensed and insured isn't a checkbox — it's what lets us stand behind the work on a home or a commercial property with confidence.
Community
New Fairfield and the surrounding towns are where we live and work. That means being reachable, showing up on schedule, and standing behind what we build here.
Mission & Vision, in Practice
Day to day, that means treating a small repair with the same care as a full remodel, and giving clients a clear, honest estimate before any work begins. Over time, it means becoming the contractor people in New Fairfield and nearby towns think of first — for a renovation or for storm damage that needs a fast, capable response.
We're not the biggest crew in the area, and we don't want to be. We'd rather be the one you can actually reach, who shows up when they say they will, and who treats residential and commercial work with the same standard.
Roofing to Restoration, All In-House
Roofing, siding, decks, windows, flooring, walls and framing, bathroom remodeling, painting, and storm and water damage restoration — all handled by the same team.
